Spectators: 7101 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 110) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bonifacio Peio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 played minutes Barra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Fernado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celestino Iratxo in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Elizardo saved Barra AFC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Amaná FC's zone, Antonio Olo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Estavan came out of the goal and Antonio Olo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hector Estavan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Olo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melchor Venceslao charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melchor Venceslao the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Damaso Lamberto shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When Eusebio Lucero came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Amaná FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Lucero couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Barra AFC booed when Amaná FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Walme didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th match minute, Barra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Iyan to maneuver through the defense. Eusebio Lucero struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Javier Elizardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amaná FC. Javier Elizardo was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Celestino Iratxo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Celestino Iratxo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Eusebio Lucero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 2-0 became the score in the 47th minute when Celestino Iratxo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Celestino Iratxo made the kick off in the second half. When Eusebio Lucero came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Amaná FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Lucero couldn't finish the play. After 60 played minutes Barra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Iyan. After 63 minutes Barra AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Damaso Lamberto who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Damaso Lamberto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barra AFC's Javier Elizardo did a great save. If Eusebio Lucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Estavan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Peio in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Lucero in the 79th minute of play forced Barra AFC's goalkeeper Javier Elizardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, one of Barra AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barra AFC. In the 89thth minute of the game Bonifacio Peio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amaná FC's Hector Estavan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bonifacio Peio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Estavan having to interfere. Bonifacio Peio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hector Estavan came out and tried to block the shot, but Bonifacio Peio slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 93rd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Amaná FC's Eusebio Lucero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Elizardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Amaná FC getting a freekick after 100 minutes play. Damaso Lamberto hit a great ball. Melchor Venceslao succeeded in the game's 101st minute to get real power on a long shot . Amaná FC's Hector Estavan hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 4-2! When the referee ended the match the Amaná FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
