Spectators: 7100 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 142) Tunuyán FC's Bartolo Gimenez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute Maximiliano Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Goizeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tunuyán FC's goalkeeper Clodoveo Goizeder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jose Vincente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Luciano Ayala came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Tunuyán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Ayala couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Gabrio might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clodoveo Goizeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Gabrio ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Ayala got free with Bruno Maria in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bartolo Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bruno Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute Bartolo Gimenez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Maria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Bartolo Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tunuyán FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Gimenez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartolo Gimenez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Maria having to interfere. In the 36th minute, one of Real Suciedad F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Real Suciedad F.C. Maximiliano Gabrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose Vincente to make the kick off. Jose Vincente was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bruno Maria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Gimenez in the 54th minute of play. Bartolo Gimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 61 minutes, Raul Cidro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tunuyán FC and the Real Suciedad F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Real Suciedad F.C booed when Tunuyán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Cidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Maria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Ayala in the 65th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Gimenez in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Maria prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bartolo Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Ayala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clodoveo Goizeder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Gabrio in the 84th minute. Maximiliano Gabrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Clodoveo Goizeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
