An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Edur in the 4th minute of play forced Los Pibes Magos's goalkeeper Santiago Tavio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Matias Edur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alegre AFC's Geronimo Calixto got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Geronimo Calixto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alegre AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Primitivo Lluc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Tavio having to interfere. Domingo Abeitia hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Santiago Tavio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geronimo Calixto went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Primitivo Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emilio Santo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Kusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Ruperto Avellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Primitivo Lluc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Geronimo Calixto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Santiago Tavio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gabriel Frances made the kick off in the second half. Astor Kusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 53 played minutes Alegre AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Ovando. If Primitivo Lluc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Los Pibes Magos's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Lluc came free, but Santiago Tavio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Pibes Magos's Santiago Tavio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Lluc in the 71st minute of play. Santiago Tavio made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Geronimo Calixto sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Frances in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Santo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Los Pibes Magos getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ruperto Avellaneda hit a great ball. Primitivo Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute, Gabriel Frances left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Pibes Magos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the final whistle went the supporters of Alegre AFC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Los Pibes Magos side.
