Severiano Demesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Fraco in the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of Macacha booed when Elvira AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Solustiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Macacha's Severiano Demesio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Fraco in the 31st minute of play. When Atilano Amor came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Elvira AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Amor couldn't finish the play. When Atilano Amor, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 37 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Severiano Demesio was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Atilano Amor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severiano Demesio was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Jaunzuria to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Miguel Suarez suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonides Firmin during the 56th minute. After 61 played minutes Macacha got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Cisco. If Simon Solustiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 69 in the game by Enrique Fraco from a close distance when the talented Severiano Demesio managed to make a qualified save. Macacha's players were relieved. Enrique Fraco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severiano Demesio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Jaunzuria in the 74th minute of play forced Elvira AFC's goalkeeper Aaron Azubeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Macacha's Severiano Demesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Macacha from getting a goal against them. Enrique Fraco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Severiano Demesio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Nicasio Gaskon in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With his leg Severiano Demesio managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Elvira AFC's Enrique Fraco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 87 minutes into the match, Macacha's goalkeeper Severiano Demesio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Fraco. Atilano Amor struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Severiano Demesio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elvira AFC. Macacha's Severiano Demesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Macacha from getting a goal against them. 91 minutes into the match, Simon Solustiano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Macacha's Severiano Demesio. Severiano Demesio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Elvira AFC's Severiano Demesio threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rosendo Baleren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
