In the 5th match minute, 10junio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Oto to maneuver through the defense. After 7 minutes of play, Ciénega FC's Santo Ted made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adolfo Madaleno was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 20 minutes, Jacinto Bartoleme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciénega FC and the 10junio players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ciénega FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jacinto Bartoleme hit a great ball. Adolfo Madaleno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Birila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Madaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Ted in the 33rd minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Santo Ted managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciénega FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Ted was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santo Ted fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Madaleno having to interfere.

The wind increased when Rene Cugat made the kick off in the second half. Rodrigo Mitxaut succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 53rd playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Cugat in the 57th minute of play forced Ciénega FC's goalkeeper Donato Arnalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Birila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Madaleno having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Santo Ted took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Adolfo Madaleno to make any attempt to save it. In the 81st minute, Mariano Niguel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Mitxaut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santo Ted struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Adolfo Madaleno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciénega FC.
