In the 17thth minute of the game Victorino Satordi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batata AFC's Orlando Bento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Satordi in the 18th minute of play forced Batata AFC's goalkeeper Orlando Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Batata AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Nastasio. Julio Martinez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Esteban Ramone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Bento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 minutes of play, Batata AFC's Alonzo Naike made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteban Ramone was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Alonzo Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Nastasio struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Esteban Ramone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batata AFC. Orlando Bento made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Candido Aballe sent off a good shot on target. Orlando Bento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorino Satordi's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Candido Aballe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orlando Bento. Batata AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Candido Aballe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Candido Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Candido Aballe came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Orlando Bento could save by the left post. After 91 minutes of play, Rio Cuarto's Victorino Satordi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Bento was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th match minute, Rio Cuarto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Mederi to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rio Cuarto had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
