Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cornelio Rodriguez took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, CEDEM's Ciro Nayely got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Venancio Bermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Selatse in the 5th minute of the match. Inmigrantes de Quilmes's Jimeno Selatse got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind CEDEM's goalkeeper Venancio Bermudo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When CEDEM's Apolo Guillelmo in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inmigrantes de Quilmes's goalie prevented a goal. Cornelio Rodriguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anacleto Lorencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Guillelmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidio Tancredo got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 24th match minute before Venancio Bermudo had time to react. If Apolo Guillelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 31 played minutes CEDEM got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Nayely. With an all-out effort, Inmigrantes de Quilmes's Venancio Bermudo threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jimeno Selatse, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. CEDEM's Venancio Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Selatse in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Inmigrantes de Quilmes's Jimeno Selatse ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Venancio Bermudo. Venancio Bermudo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Jimeno Selatse made the kick off in the second half. If Jimeno Selatse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the game, Inmigrantes de Quilmes's Ovidio Tancredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Venancio Bermudo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Jimeno Selatse spun around in front of the goal 71 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of CEDEM's goal. If Apolo Guillelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute, Uriel Obano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cornelio Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CEDEM's Venancio Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Selatse in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Inmigrantes de Quilmes were the better team. Inmigrantes de Quilmes's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
