Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adolfo Mederi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Rodriguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 21 played minutes Tortugas got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Enmanuel. After having played for 22 minutes, Cornelio Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CEDEM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelio Rodriguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Apolo Guillelmo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 played minutes CEDEM got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Munio. Tortugas's Romeo Txindoki couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CEDEM. Apolo Guillelmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Mederi having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gogo Damario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cornelio Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Adolfo Mederi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Damario might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Venancio Bermudo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gogo Damario ran back to his position shaking his head. Apolo Guillelmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Tortugas's Romulo Cresitobalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Venancio Bermudo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciro Nayely kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Romulo Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Romeo Txindoki was slow to take the kick. During this time Tortugas's players had a chance to rest. Javier Arixo thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Venancio Bermudo, a very annoying self made goal in the 82nd minute which led to 2-1. Romulo Cresitobalo might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Venancio Bermudo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romulo Cresitobalo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Gogo Damario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gogo Damario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Bermudo having to interfere. A collision led to CEDEM getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Candido Baraquiel hit a great ball. Apolo Guillelmo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
