Gualterio Markel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romulo Reyes having to make a save. 20 minutes into the match, Salado's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Iraitz came free, but Romulo Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Salado's Leopoldo Millan got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Iraitz in the 30th minute of play forced Salado's goalkeeper Romulo Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Reyes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Iraitz in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd play minute Gualterio Markel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Romulo Reyes. 1-0. 38 minutes into the game, Daniel Iraitz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Romulo Reyes. Daniel Iraitz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Lucio Iliana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Lando having to interfere. If Daniel Iraitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Iraitz in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romulo Reyes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 played minutes MAGO DE OZ got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Artizar. In the 62nd minute, Celedonio Argina made a precise shot to the right of Amadeo Lando. MAGO DE OZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind MAGO DE OZ's goalkeeper Amadeo Lando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Iraitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Salado's Orlando Cordeiro got a free kick in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Salado defense, Daniel Iraitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Reyes. The Salado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Reyes should have stopped the shot. After 76 played minutes Salado got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Millan. MAGO DE OZ's Amadeo Lando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save MAGO DE OZ from getting a goal against them. Amadeo Lando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Iliana in the 90th minute of play. Salado's Lucio Iliana got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Iraitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MAGO DE OZ had won after a very even match.
