An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Jokin in the 7th minute of play forced Persistentes y Osados's goalkeeper Epifanio Roldan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Eduardo Gumaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Roldan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Bonifacio Argi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Arturo Napier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Roland. Caspalá FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Napier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 18th minute, Roman Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Persistentes y Osados's Epifanio Roldan got control of the ball when Ignacio Gaizkine tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 20 minutes, Fabio Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caspalá FC and the Persistentes y Osados players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Persistentes y Osados booed when Caspalá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Salvador Clemencin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Persistentes y Osados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Clemencin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Uriel Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, Persistentes y Osados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Lucero to maneuver through the defense. Epifanio Roldan made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Eduardo Gumaro sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 30 minutes, Roman Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Persistentes y Osados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hilario Martxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Roland having to interfere. When Arturo Napier came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Persistentes y Osados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Napier couldn't finish the play. Epifanio Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Jokin in the 37th minute of play. Persistentes y Osados's Hilario Martxot got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Caspalá FC's zone, Hilario Martxot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Roland came out of the goal and Hilario Martxot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Persistentes y Osados's Epifanio Roldan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Persistentes y Osados from getting a goal against them. Uriel Argi hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Amancio Roland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Amancio Roland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salvador Clemencin went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Napier made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Persistentes y Osados got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Martxot. Epifanio Roldan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Tino in the 55th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Arturo Napier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Caspalá FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Persistentes y Osados were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
