After having played for 36 minutes, Bernabe Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernabe Gimenez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anacleto Jokin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Bonifacio Lano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anacleto Jokin to make the kick off. Paulo Tino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Lano having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Gimenez in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Roland saved Caspalá FC from getting behind. After 57 played minutes Caspalá FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Gumaro. Amancio Roland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Sotero, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, Caspalá FC's Eduardo Gumaro got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernabe Gimenez in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amancio Roland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Paulo Tino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulo Tino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Lano having to interfere. Bonifacio Lano made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Anacleto Jokin sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Gimenez in the 83rd minute of play forced Caspalá FC's goalkeeper Amancio Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Medinas's Ramon Sotero got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bonifacio Lano made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Paulo Tino sent off a good shot on target. Caspalá FC's Anacleto Jokin got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Paulo Tino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Caspalá FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Medinas.
