Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anacleto Jokin started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match Guaberto Martinez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Roland showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Paulo Tino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Anacleto Jokin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caspalá FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Jokin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Estevon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ovidio Estevon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Jokin in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, Chelco AFC's Ovidio Estevon got control of the ball when Paulo Tino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 21 minutes, Marcos Urbes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chelco AFC and the Caspalá FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Caspalá FC booed when Chelco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Cresencio's late challenge caught a Caspalá FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Cresencio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, Manuel Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidio Estevon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Jokin in the 24th minute of play. If Anacleto Jokin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caspalá FC's Paulo Tino got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Julio Llorenc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Roland having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Cresencio to make the kick off. Andres Steven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Caspalá FC booed when Chelco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anacleto Jokin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ovidio Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Jokin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Lino Mendebal fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chelco AFC's protests and gave Lino Mendebal a yellow card for diving instead. Lino Mendebal kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Caspalá FC's Paulo Tino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidio Estevon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anacleto Jokin in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Estevon saved Chelco AFC from getting behind. Marcos Urbes kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Manuel Cresencio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 75th minute. Chelco AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Severo Seme charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severo Seme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, Chelco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Seme to maneuver through the defense. If Anacleto Jokin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidio Estevon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Tino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Paulo Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caspalá FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Tino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Estevon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 95 minutes into the match, Chelco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Jokin came free, but Ovidio Estevon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
