Baldomero Roldan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Ladio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casimiro Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Baldomero Roldan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Lalaine Team got a freekick which was hit by Donato Pepillo. 22 minutes into the match, Lalaine Team's Pedro Ladio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Roldan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casimiro Haritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lalaine Team's goalkeeper Hernan Guifre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Alfredo Aballe came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the AMÉRICA SUR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Aballe couldn't finish the play. Hernan Guifre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Corderro in the 38th minute of play. When Casimiro Haritz came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Lalaine Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Haritz couldn't finish the play. After 43 played minutes AMÉRICA SUR got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Mosen. 45 minutes into the match, AMÉRICA SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Ladio came free, but Baldomero Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Corderro made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Lalaine Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Valente to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute Casimiro Haritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Roldan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Aballe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Hernan Guifre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Ladio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Roldan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Pedro Ladio took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldomero Roldan. Baldomero Roldan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Ladio in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Roldan saved AMÉRICA SUR from getting behind. Pedro Ladio struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Baldomero Roldan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lalaine Team. Casimiro Haritz scored 3-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomero Roldan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 90 played minutes AMÉRICA SUR got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Confesor. A nice corner shot did that Everardo Mikelar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baldomero Roldan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 96 minutes into the match, AMÉRICA SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Ladio came free, but Baldomero Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lalaine Team had won after a very even match.
