Armando Beremundo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Armando Beremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Peter in the 16th minute of the match. Placido Polo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Armando Beremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Galpones getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ladislao Enmanuel hit a great ball. In the 27th match minute, Bagual was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Gonsalvo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Carolo Peter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bagual's supporters rose to their feet, but Carolo Peter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Beremundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulino Diaz in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teddy Roche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Placido Polo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Paulino Diaz made the kick off in the second half. Paulino Diaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Beremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Peter in the 58th minute of play. Placido Polo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th match minute, Galpones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Edorta to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Placido Polo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bagual's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Polo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Beremundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Galpones's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Carolo Peter scored to the left of an out of position Armando Beremundo, making the score, 0-2. Armando Beremundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Placido Polo in the 72nd minute. Eleuterio Rutenio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teddy Roche having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, one of Galpones:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, Bagual's Tirso Garmendia got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Armando Beremundo. Benigno Nuñez charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Nuñez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benigno Nuñez hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Galpones's Augusto Olentzaro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Armando Beremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Peter in the 93rd minute of play. Carolo Peter might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Beremundo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carolo Peter ran back to his position shaking his head. Bagual's Carolo Peter got a good chance for a goal in the 101st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Bagual could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Galpones throughout the match.
