Lucas Peter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorino Pereyra having to make a save. If Maximino Oroitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Candido Lando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Peter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Escobar's Robustiano Sustrai got control of the ball when Candido Lando tried to sneak it across the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 22nd minute, but Robustiano Sustrai got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Escobar hanging dry this time. Victorino Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Peter in the 23rd minute of the match. Candido Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Todos atras y Dios de 9FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antonio Xacintu in the 35th minute. After taking down the ball on Todos atras y Dios de 9FC's corner Antonio Xacintu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robustiano Sustrai quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Escobar booed when Todos atras y Dios de 9FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Pueblo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teodoro Pueblo fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Todos atras y Dios de 9FC's protests and gave Teodoro Pueblo a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Todos atras y Dios de 9FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Pueblo. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximino Oroitz to make the kick off. Todos atras y Dios de 9FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Maximino Oroitz scored to the left of an out of position Victorino Pereyra, making the score, 0-2. Serafin Madaleno's late challenge caught a Todos atras y Dios de 9FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Madaleno helped the player get up and apologised. Serafin Madaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Escobar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonio Xacintu was slow to take the kick. During this time Todos atras y Dios de 9FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Antonio Xacintu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Escobar's Robustiano Sustrai did a great save. Maximino Oroitz struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Victorino Pereyra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escobar. Robustiano Sustrai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Lando, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The audience was convinced that Serafin Madaleno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorino Pereyra was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After having played for 86 minutes, Candido Lando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Todos atras y Dios de 9FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Lando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute Fausto Lorenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Sustrai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robustiano Sustrai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Lorenz in the 89th minute of the match. Fausto Lorenz took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robustiano Sustrai. Robustiano Sustrai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Victoriano Chaime's late challenge caught a Escobar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victoriano Chaime helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Todos atras y Dios de 9FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! When Lucas Peter came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Escobar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Peter couldn't finish the play. Escobar's Maximino Oroitz got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Escobar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
