Eduardo Meder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Angelo Abastas made a huge save. Eusebio Kismi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Angelo Abastas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CA Rafaela's Angelo Abastas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save CA Rafaela from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Leopoldo Caton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eusebio Kismi came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Winners FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Kismi couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Ramos to make the kick off. Eduardo Meder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelo Abastas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Meder in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Oscar Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Hug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
