Efrain Aresti hit a great ball. Domingo Pacho struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Teo Onofre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barracas al sud. The supporters of Barracas al sud booed when Cotita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Ihintza made a kick off. If Isaac Valiente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cotita FC's Roman Lobo got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Isaac Valiente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Llope was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cotita FC's goalkeeper Teo Onofre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, Isaac Valiente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cotita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barracas al sud the free kick. Barracas al sud's Atilano Kinsen was substituted for Alfredo Garaona. After 80 played minutes Barracas al sud got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Ihintza. Domingo Pacho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Teo Onofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Ihintza lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Teo Onofre. Barracas al sud's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
