He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista reached it. Benedicto Astudillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Teodosio Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Independiente's zone, Benedicto Astudillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodosio Panpili came out of the goal and Benedicto Astudillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benedicto Astudillo struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Teodosio Panpili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista. In the 23rd minute, Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista's Evelio Dominguez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Evelio Dominguez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Evelio Dominguez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicasio Martino made a kick off. Albino Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista's Damaso Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Lawrence in the 60th minute of play. Damaso Estebano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodosio Panpili made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Martino in the 66th minute. Teodosio Panpili made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Nicasio Martino sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute, Remigio Eskuin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista's goal looked a bit too open when Albino Torres came free, but Damaso Estebano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Independiente's Albino Torres made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damaso Estebano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remigio Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. A collision led to Independiente getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Victorio Venerando hit a great ball. Independiente were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Unión Vecinal Ramón Lista for a fine match.
