The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Simon Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Evelio Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Nalo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, A.S Primera Junta's Nicolas Santio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Madaleno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teo Jobo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evelio Suarez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Teo Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Evelio Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nestor Nalo fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.S Primera Junta's protests and gave Nestor Nalo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Las Heras booed when A.S Primera Junta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Nalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Robustiano Endura sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evelio Suarez skillfully saved the ball. After 29 played minutes A.S Primera Junta got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Quintan. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Teo Jobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las Heras's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Jobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Suarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 1-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Nicolas Santio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, Las Heras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Endura to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Madaleno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Santio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Las Heras's goalkeeper Benjamin Madaleno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Simon Franco was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 57 minutes into the match, A.S Primera Junta's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Franco came free, but Evelio Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Diego Mitxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las Heras's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Mitxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Suarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A.S Primera Junta's Evelio Suarez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save A.S Primera Junta from getting a goal against them. Benjamin Madaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Abadie in the 77th minute of play. A.S Primera Junta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Teo Jobo scored to the left of an out of position Evelio Suarez, making the score, 1-1. In the 83rd minute, Eriberto Abadie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Las Heras's Simon Franco got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simon Franco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. Las Heras's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Ixidor during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, Marco Ixidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Eriberto Abadie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
