A collision led to Barranca fc getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Edelmiro Ranolfo hit a great ball. Albano Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Fresco in the 18th minute of the match. Cayetano Ponce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Ranolfo in the 20th minute of play. Cesar Betadur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustino Ostadar in the 26th minute. Gavino Fresco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cesar Betadur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Barranca fc's goalkeeper Cesar Betadur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Ostadar. In the 31st minute of the match Hernan Gauargi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cesar Betadur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Faustino Ostadar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Betadur having to interfere. Gavino Fresco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Betadur having to interfere. A collision led to Viamonte AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Florentino Eriz hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Albano Eufrasio notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Viamonte AFC's Cayetano Ponce. Cayetano Ponce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Albano Eufrasio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cayetano Ponce was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Fresco was the one to do the kick off. If Edelmiro Ranolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viamonte AFC's Cayetano Ponce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Viamonte AFC from getting a goal against them. Faustino Ostadar scored 2-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesar Betadur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Barranca fc's Albano Eufrasio got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Viamonte AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Cesar Betadur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Ostadar, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Viamonte AFC's goalkeeper Cayetano Ponce had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Eufrasio. If Gavino Fresco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Faustino Ostadar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viamonte AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Ostadar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Viamonte AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barranca fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
