The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Otoniel got free with Tobias Ibon in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Dolfos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mauro Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Arnalt's late challenge caught a Campana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Arnalt helped the player get up and apologised. Lucas Dolfos struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Mauro Suarez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campana. Guaberto Mino hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Benigno Silvanito took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tobias Ibon to make any attempt to save it. After 38 played minutes Campana got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Dolfos. Sportivo Capucha's Leonardo Arnalt got his second yellow card of the match in the 40th minute. The referee ordered Leonardo Arnalt off the ground. After 41 played minutes Sportivo Capucha got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Arnalt. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Lucas Dolfos made the kick off in the second half. If Anselmo Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. Campana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo Capucha the free kick. When Anselmo Otoniel came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Sportivo Capucha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Otoniel couldn't finish the play. Lucas Dolfos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mauro Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Felipe Hermon could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Mauro Suarez however easily saved by the left post. A nice corner shot did that Eloy Edur got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mauro Suarez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Lucas Dolfos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mauro Suarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Dolfos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 92 minutes, Lucas Dolfos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Dolfos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Felipe Hermon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
