The Sportivo Capucha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Suarez should have stopped the shot. After 22 minutes, Edgardo Uhin made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Sportivo Capucha's Mauro Suarez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Benigno Silvanito charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Silvanito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Capucha's Benigno Silvanito got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Edgardo Uhin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lanus F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Uhin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Edgardo Uhin fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lanus F.C.'s protests and gave Edgardo Uhin a yellow card for diving instead. Edgardo Uhin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Anselmo Otoniel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Feliberto Izotz made a huge save. Ramon Gudesteo's late challenge caught a Sportivo Capucha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Gudesteo helped the player get up and apologised. Ramon Gudesteo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Lanus F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Sotil.

The wind increased when Benigno Silvanito made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Sportivo Capucha's Benigno Silvanito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliberto Izotz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Feliberto Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Otoniel in the 55th minute of the match. If Edgardo Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Uhin struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Mauro Suarez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lanus F.C.. After 59 played minutes Niceto Ramone rounded Sportivo Capucha's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. Feliberto Izotz came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Capucha's Anselmo Otoniel. But to his dismay, Anselmo Otoniel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Ramon Gudesteo got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 71st minute, Ramon Gudesteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Leonardo Arnalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lanus F.C.'s Feliberto Izotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Otoniel in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lanus F.C.'s goalkeeper Feliberto Izotz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ubaldo Chayo scored 4-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliberto Izotz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Lanus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Otoniel came free, but Feliberto Izotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Lanus F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Sotil to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lanus F.C.'s zone, Astor Eliazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Izotz came out of the goal and Astor Eliazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sportivo Capucha's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
