Mauro Suarez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Pasqual, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 12th match minute, Sportivo Capucha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Chayo to maneuver through the defense. Gervasio Pasqual recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Orlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Suarez having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Augusto Orlin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ELEGANTE CIRUJA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo Capucha the free kick. Augusto Orlin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Mauro Suarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Pasqual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Orlin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Gervasio Pasqual got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Sportivo Capucha's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Orlin came free, but Mauro Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benigno Silvanito to make the kick off. Dario Eder hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Astor Eliazar, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 56 minutes of play, Sportivo Capucha's Benigno Silvanito made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angel Truylos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the match, Benigno Silvanito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angel Truylos. ELEGANTE CIRUJA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benigno Silvanito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 63 minutes, Ignacio Oxarra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ELEGANTE CIRUJA and the Sportivo Capucha players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ELEGANTE CIRUJA's Ignacio Oxarra got a free kick in the 64th minute. Leonardo Arnalt kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Ignacio Oxarra hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Anselmo Otoniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Truylos having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benigno Silvanito in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel Truylos saved ELEGANTE CIRUJA from getting behind. Dario Eder kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Angel Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Silvanito in the 88th minute of play. Sportivo Capucha's Anselmo Otoniel got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benigno Silvanito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sportivo Capucha booed when ELEGANTE CIRUJA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Oxarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Anselmo Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
