Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Bizi to make the kick off. When Camilo Beltxe came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Concepción fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Beltxe couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Artemio Corderall sped through Concepción's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Braulio Olando. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Daniel Bizi took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Braulio Olando to make any attempt to save it. Braulio Olando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Bizi in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Olando saved Concepción from getting behind. Ramiro Ondino hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Barrancas's Anier Ospin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Braulio Olando but with some difficulty. Efrain Francho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Beltxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Daniel Bizi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Braulio Olando. Concepción's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Bizi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-15. In the 97th minute Ramiro Ondino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Francho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barrancas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
