In the 4th minute, Octavio Seber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Roman Goiz could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Teobaldo Donostia however easily saved by the left post. 11 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Lehoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anier Poz. Mangoré's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Lehoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Saturno FC's Teobaldo Donostia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Nastasio in the 17th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Goiz got free with Teobaldo Donostia in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Saturno FC's Jeremias Cordeal got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute, Mangoré's Ramiro Nastasio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teobaldo Donostia. Teobaldo Donostia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 40th minute of the match Feliberto Argider sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anier Poz skillfully saved the ball. Teobaldo Donostia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Nastasio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd match minute, Mangoré was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Francesco to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Rosendo Fernado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saturno FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosendo Fernado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Poz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramiro Nastasio to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Mangoré were awarded a corner. Ruben Tximitx went to the cornerflag to take it. Ruben Tximitx made a great header on Mangoré's corner, it was just that Saturno FC's Teobaldo Donostia managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 80th minute of the match Ruben Tximitx sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teobaldo Donostia skillfully saved the ball. If Rosendo Fernado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jeremias Cordeal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. A collision led to Saturno FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Jeremias Cordeal hit a great ball. Anier Poz was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Rodolfo Lehoi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rodolfo Lehoi really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Rosendo Fernado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Anier Poz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
