La Scaloneta's Hipolito Ricart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Lando in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Lando came free, but Hipolito Ricart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, La Scaloneta's Eleuterio Tirso made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. German Argoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute, Anacleto Ponc made a precise shot to the right of Hipolito Ricart. La Scaloneta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. German Argoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Estevez in the 31st minute of play. Anacleto Ponc's late challenge caught a La Scaloneta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anacleto Ponc helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to TORCUATO FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Anacleto Ponc hit a great ball. Alejandro Joanes kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Tirso in the 74th minute of play forced TORCUATO FC's goalkeeper German Argoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Eleuterio Tirso sped through TORCUATO FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of German Argoitz. German Argoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Tirso in the 79th minute of play. If Enzo Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. Ceferino Tancredo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Eleuterio Tirso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. German Argoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TORCUATO FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
