A collision led to Piludo F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Serafin Salvator hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Piludo F.C.'s Celedonio Eudoxio got a free kick in the 31st minute. Gaspar Goiz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cipriano Duarte firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Omar Padro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paja Brava Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Padro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Gaspar Goiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Duarte. Piludo F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Goiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Piludo F.C.'s Cipriano Duarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Piludo F.C. from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

If Florencio Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Gaspar Goiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Padro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cipriano Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Goiz couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Omar Padro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Eriberto Gimenez fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piludo F.C.'s protests and gave Eriberto Gimenez a yellow card for diving instead. Claudio Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cipriano Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Goiz in the 90th minute of the match. A collision led to Paja Brava Fc getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Teodosio Garaona hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Claudio Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Paja Brava Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Franco to maneuver through the defense. Piludo F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
