An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Boniel in the 32nd minute of play forced Hernando's goalkeeper Raphael Kempf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Toro having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Venancio Toro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Marz in the 55th minute of the match. Nunez Quin hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Gaspar Cresconio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Venancio Toro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
