But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Naelio couldn't finish the play. Isidoro Evis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Naelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Basilio Orlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PINK FC's Isidoro Evis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Orlan in the 46th minute of play. Luisito Luzaide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Sindo in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by German Naelio in the 65th minute of play forced PINK FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Evis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, Galisteo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Mendiko to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galisteo's goalkeeper Luisito Luzaide, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Galisteo's zone, Clemente Sindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Luzaide came out of the goal and Clemente Sindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
