An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Cresconio in the 5th minute of play forced Diamante AFC's goalkeeper Leo Silban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Silban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Marz, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Diamante AFC's zone, Lucio Marz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Silban came out of the goal and Lucio Marz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 18 in the game by Lucio Marz from a close distance when the talented Leo Silban managed to make a qualified save. Diamante AFC's players were relieved. Lucio Marz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Leo Silban made a huge save. Lucio Marz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel Gorka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Lucio Marz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Silban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Hernando booed when Diamante AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Pelagius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucio Marz in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Silban prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Rene Lluc kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leo Silban. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Hernando's Lucio Marz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Silban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leo Silban came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Hernando's Gaspar Cresconio. But to his dismay, Gaspar Cresconio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Diamante AFC's zone, Rene Lluc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Silban came out of the goal and Rene Lluc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes in the game, Lucio Marz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Leo Silban having to interfere. When Ezequiel Gorka came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Hernando fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Gorka couldn't finish the play. After 43 played minutes Diamante AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Toro. Lucio Marz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Leo Silban when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lucio Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Silban having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucio Marz made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Lucio Marz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raphael Kempf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Pelagius in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Erramu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diamante AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hernando the free kick. If Lucio Marz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Ramiro Donostia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Raphael Kempf. Ramiro Donostia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. 79 minutes into the game, Hernando's Lucio Marz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Silban made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Diamante AFC's goalkeeper Leo Silban, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hernando's Gaspar Cresconio got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leo Silban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Marz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes of play, Hernando's Gaspar Cresconio made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Silban was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Lucio Marz sped through Diamante AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leo Silban. Hernando walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
