Teofilo Sustrai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Ekialde, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 28 played minutes Ballesteros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Raul Beltza. The Demolition FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Medina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paolo Ted was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 36 minutes into the game, Ballesteros AFC's Rosendo Garaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Ciriaco Caetano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute of the match Leonel Daunte shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teofilo Sustrai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaspar Victoro made a kick off. Leonel Daunte kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Paolo Ted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Garaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The supporters of Ballesteros AFC booed when Demolition FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Fonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergio Ekialde blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofilo Sustrai having to make a save. If Rosendo Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gaspar Victoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Teofilo Sustrai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Demolition FC booed when Ballesteros AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Beltza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Gaspar Victoro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Teofilo Sustrai. The goal made the score 1-3. Luis Tallia charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 74th minute, one of Ballesteros AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ballesteros AFC. When the match had been going on for 77 minutes, Demolition FC's Leonel Daunte got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Teofilo Sustrai. Sergio Ekialde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Ekialde got free with Teofilo Sustrai in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 90 minutes, Gerardo Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballesteros AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerardo Medina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
