The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luciano Lidon charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Lidon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Demolition FC! 14 minutes into the match, Necochense's Virgilio Gau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paolo Ted narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gilberto Erramun struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Paolo Ted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Necochense. Cecilio Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Demolition FC's zone, Gilberto Erramun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Ted came out of the goal and Gilberto Erramun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paolo Ted came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Necochense's Gilberto Erramun. But to his dismay, Gilberto Erramun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Gilberto Erramun scored 5-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paolo Ted, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gilberto Erramun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Paolo Ted skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaspar Victoro made a kick off. Paolo Ted stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Erramun's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Segundo Calisto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paolo Ted was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 62ndth minute of the game Gilberto Erramun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Demolition FC's Paolo Ted was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Erramun in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Ted prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Demolition FC's zone, Segundo Calisto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Ted came out of the goal and Segundo Calisto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaspar Victoro's late challenge caught a Necochense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Victoro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Demolition FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gaspar Victoro hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Erramun in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Ted saved Demolition FC from getting behind. Virgilio Gau struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Paolo Ted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Necochense. Paolo Ted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Erramun in the 79th minute of play. Paolo Ted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Calisto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demolition FC's Paolo Ted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Erramun in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 minutes, Gilberto Erramun made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Demolition FC's Paolo Ted tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Necochense's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
