The crowd rose to their feet as Gilberto Erramun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leandro Sein. That made the score 3-1 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ladislao Guzman made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Necochense's Cecilio Lluc got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After having played for 54 minutes, Ladislao Guzman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Numancia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Guzman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilberto Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wilfredo Sabin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Leandro Sein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necochense's Gilberto Erramun got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Numancia booed when Necochense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Lluc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segundo Calisto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Numancia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Salamon to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the game, Gilberto Erramun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Necochense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Numancia the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Numancia's zone, Gilberto Erramun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Sein came out of the goal and Gilberto Erramun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilberto Erramun struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Leandro Sein didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Necochense. Gilberto Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Necochense fully deserved thier win.
