The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Fermin Gabirel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liébana F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Gabirel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natalio Nazario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Fermin Gabirel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to irala12 getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Eustacio Eladio hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ambrosio Dubardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baltasar Ramond. That made the score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. Aureliano Lleir might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natalio Nazario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Lleir ran back to his position shaking his head. Eustacio Eladio hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Fermin Gabirel came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Liébana F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Gabirel couldn't finish the play. Aureliano Lleir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Natalio Nazario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltasar Ramond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Rosalio, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Fermin Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Natalio Nazario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Eladio kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Aureliano Lleir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liébana F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Donato Rosalio scored to the left of an out of position Baltasar Ramond, making the score, 2-1.

Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aureliano Lleir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Dubardo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Liébana F.C.'s Baltasar Ramond. Baltasar Ramond was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ambrosio Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Dubardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes, Oscar Nahia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liébana F.C. and the irala12 players grew even worse after the yellow card. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
