The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herminio Corderall during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luis Basajaun struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Mario Inko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Benevento Calcio. Ariel Procopio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Basajaun got free with Mario Inko in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Benevento Calcio got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Ongile. In the 26th minute Paulino Bortzaioriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Omero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Basajaun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Mario Inko made a huge save. After 32 played minutes Benevento Calcio got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Ezkerra. If Paulino Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dante Mannuel fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huracán de Tancacha's protests and gave Dante Mannuel a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Huracán de Tancacha fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! If Filomeno Txatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herminio Corderall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Omero having to interfere. Dante Mannuel hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Arturo Nastasio suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Paulino Bortzaioriz's late challenge caught a Benevento Calcio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulino Bortzaioriz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Paulino Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulino Bortzaioriz in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Omero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Herminio Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Bortzaioriz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benevento Calcio's Joaquin Omero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Benevento Calcio from getting a goal against them. If Luis Basajaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Huracán de Tancacha's Paulino Bortzaioriz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Omero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Ariel Procopio with Lucio Ongile as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Huracán de Tancacha's Mario Inko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Basajaun in the 96th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Benevento Calcio's zone, Paulino Bortzaioriz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Omero came out of the goal and Paulino Bortzaioriz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
