After a defensive mix-up in Cosenza Calcio 1914's zone, Paulino Bortzaioriz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Saturnin came out of the goal and Paulino Bortzaioriz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Paulino Bortzaioriz came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Huracán de Tancacha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Bortzaioriz couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Mario Mercurio in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Huracán de Tancacha's Herminio Corderall. Mario Inko came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Cosenza Calcio 1914's Tomas Iraunkor. But to his dismay, Tomas Iraunkor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 43 played minutes, Cosenza Calcio 1914's Mauro Steven shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mario Inko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cosenza Calcio 1914 reached it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erubiel Gergori to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Mario Mercurio in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Huracán de Tancacha's Herminio Corderall. 55 minutes into the match, Huracán de Tancacha's Herminio Corderall sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eloy Saturnin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Herminio Corderall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Eloy Saturnin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Mercurio made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Huracán de Tancacha's Herminio Corderall. Huracán de Tancacha's attentive Herminio Corderall managed to snatch the ball when Mario Mercurio made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Mario Mercurio in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Huracán de Tancacha's Herminio Corderall. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Gergori in the 77th minute of play forced Huracán de Tancacha's goalkeeper Mario Inko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Paulino Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Bortzaioriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Saturnin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cosenza Calcio 1914's Primitivo Min got a free kick in the 84th minute. Mario Mercurio made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Huracán de Tancacha's Herminio Corderall. Eloy Saturnin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herminio Corderall went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Huracán de Tancacha were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
