Spectators: 7180 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Filiberto Solustiano kicked off to start the match. Camilo Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. LA CUMBANCHA FC's Jaime Ignado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Solustiano in the 6th minute of play. Baldomero Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baldomero Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Ignado having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Bernabe Hartz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Icaño FC's Edgardo Tulio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Icaño FC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Eguzki during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to LA CUMBANCHA FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sebastian Eguzki hit a great ball. Baldomero Asur scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Ignado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Icaño FC's Maximiliano Columbo got a free kick in the 20th minute. If Braulio Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Ignado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Asur, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Baldomero Asur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Ignado having to make a save. In the 37th minute Filiberto Solustiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Ignado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Asur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernabe Hartz made a kick off. Filiberto Solustiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Ignado having to interfere. LA CUMBANCHA FC's Bernabe Hartz got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernabe Hartz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bernabe Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bernabe Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Edgardo Tulio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Jesus Serafo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LA CUMBANCHA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Icaño FC the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Baldomero Asur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Icaño FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Asur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Ignado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LA CUMBANCHA FC's Braulio Shantala got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, LA CUMBANCHA FC's Bernabe Hartz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Tulio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Braulio Shantala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Tulio having to interfere. Baldomero Asur came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jaime Ignado could save by the left post. Bernabe Hartz might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgardo Tulio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabe Hartz ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Icaño FC's zone, Braulio Shantala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Tulio came out of the goal and Braulio Shantala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97th minute, Ivan Gabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 98th minute, Santos Primo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and LA CUMBANCHA FC's Jaime Ignado didn't even have to move. When the final whistle went the supporters of Icaño FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant LA CUMBANCHA FC side.
