Spectators: 6661 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 0) Drysdale's Bernardino Cristos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Wilfredo Maule shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Senin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ITALIANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Maule was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute, Eleuterio Ishmael made a precise shot to the right of Julio Senin. Drysdale's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of ITALIANO booed when Drysdale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Llorienzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Eleuterio Ishmael sped through Drysdale's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Senin. After a rather tough play, Drysdale's Bernardino Cristos got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Severo Selmo charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severo Selmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes ITALIANO got a freekick which was hit by Severo Selmo. Julio Senin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Ishmael in the 30th minute of play. Benigno Llorienzo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Wilfredo Maule had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Ishmael in the 36th minute of play forced Drysdale's goalkeeper Julio Senin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilfredo Maule sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Wilfredo Maule shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Senin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eleuterio Ishmael to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Maule couldn't finish the play. Bernardino Lordi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Julio Senin made a huge save. After 78 minutes of play, ITALIANO's Eleuterio Ishmael made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Senin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Justino Orkatz's late challenge caught a ITALIANO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Orkatz helped the player get up and apologised. Julio Senin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Maule, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Drysdale's goalkeeper Julio Senin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eleuterio Ishmael. Drysdale's Justino Orkatz got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Justino Orkatz off the ground. In the 91st minute, ITALIANO's Eleuterio Ishmael ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Senin. Julio Senin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. In the 95th play minute Eleuterio Ishmael came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Senin. 0-8. ITALIANO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
