Elpidio Nafarroa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Julian Mantzio took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Nafarroa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Mantzio in the 16th minute of play forced tempra fc's goalkeeper Elpidio Nafarroa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, tempra fc's Romeo Dunixi got a free kick in the 18th minute. tempra fc's Elpidio Nafarroa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Mantzio in the 19th minute of play. Timoteo Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Nafarroa having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Mantzio in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Nafarroa saved tempra fc from getting behind. Roberto Ortzi hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Elpidio Nafarroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Lop, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th match minute, tempra fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Peio to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the tempra fc defense, Abelardo Lop kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elpidio Nafarroa. The tempra fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Nafarroa should have stopped the shot. Moises Viator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 39th minute, Hugo Hechter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elpidio Nafarroa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Viator, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Mantzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Julian Mantzio sped through tempra fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elpidio Nafarroa. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Mantzio was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Julian Mantzio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elpidio Nafarroa was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. If Leo Eliazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Julian Mantzio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barriales FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Mantzio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Nafarroa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saturnino Lia struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Elpidio Nafarroa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barriales FC. If Saturnino Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elpidio Nafarroa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Mantzio's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Barriales FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
