Spectators: 7234 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Salvador Dolcet kicked off to start the match. Efrain Lauren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Muc in the 6th minute of play. After 9 minutes, Elvio Basualdo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salguero and the Piamonte AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jairo Muc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efrain Lauren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 21 played minutes, Salguero's Lorenzo Bakar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rene Javiero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salguero reached it. After having played for 30 minutes, Jairo Muc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piamonte AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Muc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Efrain Lauren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Muc in the 32nd minute of play. Rene Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Orkatz, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The supporters of Piamonte AFC booed when Salguero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Erauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efrain Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Muc in the 40th minute of the match. Jairo Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Lauren having to interfere. Romulo Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Piamonte AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Dolcet came free, but Rene Javiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Piamonte AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Salguero were winning 0-1.

Salvador Dolcet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rene Javiero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Arnalt, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Salguero's Efrain Lauren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Arnalt in the 61st minute of play. Lucio Arnalt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jairo Muc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Salguero's Christian Dalmau got a free kick in the 70th minute. Jairo Muc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Dolcet might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Javiero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Dolcet ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Javiero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Dolcet in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Salguero's Salvador Dolcet fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Jairo Muc came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Piamonte AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Muc couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the match, Salguero's Elvio Basualdo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rene Javiero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Salvador Dolcet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Javiero. Salvador Dolcet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Salguero eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
