Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) Lino Lluciano made the kick off and thus started the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Lluciano in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Laffitte saved Totoral from getting behind. Antonio Illart blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aldo Laffitte having to make a save. When Boca JR's Lino Lluciano in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Totoral's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Totoral's zone, Lino Lluciano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Laffitte came out of the goal and Lino Lluciano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Totoral's Angelino Flores got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Totoral's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Illart came free, but Aldo Laffitte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Antonio Illart came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Boca JR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Illart couldn't finish the play. Gogo Roland's late challenge caught a Totoral's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gogo Roland helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, Gogo Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tadeo Ospetsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Abaurre in the 22nd minute. If Antonio Illart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arnaldo Abaurre came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Totoral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Abaurre couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Antonio Illart's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aldo Laffitte was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Arnaldo Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tadeo Ospetsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benito Oriche was the one to do the kick off. Benicio Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tadeo Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Oriche in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Boca JR getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Cleto Valiente hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Lino Lluciano rounded Totoral's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. Eustacio Quirze took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeo Ospetsu. Boca JR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Lluciano in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aldo Laffitte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Totoral's Benito Oriche got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The long shot by Adan Furtado in the 81st minute really tested Aldo Laffitte's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Arnaldo Abaurre came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Totoral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Abaurre couldn't finish the play. Tadeo Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Oriche in the 94th minute of the match. Boca JR's Antonio Illart got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Totoral supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Boca JR's performance. The match ended with a win for Boca JR.
