If Melchor Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Emilio Txordon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManoloFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Txordon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erubiel Ariando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Udalaitz having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melchor Francis in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Porfiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the game, Erubiel Ariando recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elpidio Udalaitz. Erubiel Ariando showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Melchor Francis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anastasio Froila in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elpidio Udalaitz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Anastasio Froila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elpidio Udalaitz having to make a save. In the 46th minute, Erubiel Ariando reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elpidio Udalaitz. The goal made the score 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Melchor Francis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elpidio Udalaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Ariando in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Emilio Txordon managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManoloFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Txordon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froilan Porfiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, C.A.INDEPENDIENTE's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Francis came free, but Froilan Porfiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Anastasio Froila had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elpidio Udalaitz. ManoloFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Froila was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in ManoloFC's zone, Erubiel Ariando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Udalaitz came out of the goal and Erubiel Ariando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.A.INDEPENDIENTE's Froilan Porfiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save C.A.INDEPENDIENTE from getting a goal against them. Donato Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of C.A.INDEPENDIENTE booed when ManoloFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Florin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Anastasio Froila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Udalaitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 85th minute, Anastasio Froila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elpidio Udalaitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After 88 played minutes C.A.INDEPENDIENTE got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Froila. Elpidio Udalaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The C.A.INDEPENDIENTE fans cheered their team off the field, for while ManoloFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
