Jacobo Firman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Elpidio Udalaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braulio Quirze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elpidio Udalaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. If Braulio Quirze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melchor Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Eleder having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Francisco Sansone shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for ManoloFC's Elpidio Udalaitz to catch but Francisco Sansone was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. If Melchor Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When ManoloFC's Melchor Francis in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CABJ 1905's goalie prevented a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melchor Francis to strike the kick off in the second half. ManoloFC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after CABJ 1905's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bonifacio Teyo took the corner. Clodoveo Inge was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 1-2 became the score in the 60th minute when Melchor Francis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Melchor Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 71 played minutes CABJ 1905 got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Crispo. Melchor Francis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anselmo Eleder came out and tried to block the shot, but Melchor Francis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 73rd minute. ManoloFC's Melchor Francis got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anselmo Eleder made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Emilio Txordon sent off a good shot on target. Jacobo Firman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Udalaitz having to interfere. In the 86thth minute of the game Melchor Francis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CABJ 1905's Anselmo Eleder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 90 minutes, Domingo Austin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CABJ 1905 and the ManoloFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. CABJ 1905's Anselmo Eleder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Francis in the 91st minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, CABJ 1905's Braulio Quirze made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elpidio Udalaitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ManoloFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
