Spectators: 7313 (Terracing: 5486, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Melchor Francis started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Melchor Francis took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Abel Garaona to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Anquincila getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Amado Beliran hit a great ball. Melchor Francis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Garaona read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Emilio Txordon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abel Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Anquincila's Bartolo Valentine got a free kick in the 26th minute. A hard shot by Bonifacio Teyo from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Abel Garaona's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Bartolo Valentine fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anquincila's protests and gave Bartolo Valentine a yellow card for diving instead. Bartolo Valentine kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Emilio Txordon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManoloFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Txordon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute Melchor Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Garaona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Txordon went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basilio Magdaleno made a kick off. After 53 minutes, Rodrigo Mendebal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ManoloFC and the Anquincila players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 53 played minutes ManoloFC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Mendebal. In the 55th minute, Damaso Bixintxo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damaso Bixintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Udalaitz having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Rodrigo Mendebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of ManoloFC booed when Anquincila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Valentine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Elpidio Udalaitz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abel Garaona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Txordon in the 74th minute of the match. Melchor Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Garaona having to interfere. If Pedro Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 83 minutes into the match, ManoloFC's Emilio Txordon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Garaona narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Anquincila's zone, Melchor Francis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Garaona came out of the goal and Melchor Francis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilio Txordon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Garaona having to make a save. Melchor Francis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Abel Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melchor Francis in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Garaona saved Anquincila from getting behind. Melchor Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Garaona having to interfere. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anquincila's goalkeeper Abel Garaona, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ManoloFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Anquincila had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
