Albano Olivar was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Armando Musko. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evelio Bernal in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albano Olivar saved Albariño from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Gudesteo in the 22nd minute of play forced Moños FC's goalkeeper Aldo Gonza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evelio Bernal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Albano Olivar made a huge save. Erubiel Jerardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Albano Olivar. Albariño's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Evelio Bernal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albano Olivar, 1-0. Armando Musko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albano Olivar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The wind increased when Melquiades Gervaso made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Evelio Bernal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Olivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Bernal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Albano Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Evelio Bernal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Albariño's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Bernal came free, but Albano Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 minutes of play, Moños FC's Ivan Ishmael made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Evelio Bernal put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Albano Olivar. Aldo Gonza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Gudesteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Evelio Bernal came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Moños FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evelio Bernal couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Evelio Bernal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albano Olivar was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evelio Bernal in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Arsenio Walme's late challenge caught a Moños FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Walme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th minute, Arsenio Walme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Moños FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
