The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, CABJ 1905 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Crispo to maneuver through the defense.

The supporters of CABJ 1905 booed when C.A.INDEPENDIENTE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Ipar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guaberto Rumaldo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Anastasio Froila made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Eleder. CABJ 1905's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. If Arnulfo Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Anselmo Eleder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Froilan Porfiro was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Braulio Quirze capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Braulio Quirze really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. After some careless play in the CABJ 1905 defense, Anastasio Froila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Eleder. The CABJ 1905 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Eleder should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C.A.INDEPENDIENTE fully deserved thier win.
