In the 8th minute Cirilo Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Elorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Cirilo Ebardo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Racing Club 【MZ】's Gaston Elorri. In the 32nd minute, Godofredo Cerilo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaston Elorri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The audience was convinced that Cirilo Ebardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaston Elorri was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. If Issa Blackman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Racing Club 【MZ】's Gaston Elorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Ebardo in the 40th minute of play. Godofredo Cerilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elpidio Suero to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaston Elorri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cirilo Ebardo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Vinicio Munio hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Gaston Elorri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaston Elorri had great luck who in the 73rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Cirilo Ebardo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Vinicio Munio fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club 【MZ】's protests and gave Vinicio Munio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th match minute, Racing Club 【MZ】 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Munio to maneuver through the defense. San miguel's Cirilo Ebardo got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cirilo Ebardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gaston Elorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as San miguel's Godofredo Cerilo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaston Elorri. That made the score 0-8 after 81 minutes of play. 86 minutes into the match, Racing Club 【MZ】's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Ebardo came free, but Gaston Elorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With splendid footwork Cirilo Ebardo arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-10 by the left pole in the game's 94th minute. San miguel's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
