Clodoveo Johans started the match with the kick off. If Agustin Garin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Favoretto in the 5th minute of the match. Cauan Oliveira made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Romeo Abascal sent off a good shot on target. Leon Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Cilio having to interfere. Arnulfo Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Garin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Garin in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Eleuterio Vermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natalio Orixe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Agustin Garin came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the El Santo Arg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Garin couldn't finish the play. Agustin Garin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the game, El Santo Arg's Tales Favoretto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnulfo Cilio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. El Santo Arg's Cauan Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save El Santo Arg from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tales Favoretto to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Bacardi AFC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Cilio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustin Garin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Diaz in the 56th minute of play forced Bacardi AFC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Leon Diaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Santo Arg and the Bacardi AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonathan Amato lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of El Santo Arg:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bacardi AFC:s goal. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Bacardi AFC. Feliberto Marin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cauan Oliveira. 2-1. Bacardi AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Leon Diaz scored to the left of an out of position Arnulfo Cilio, making the score, 2-2. In the 74th minute, Natalio Orixe fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 78th minute Clodoveo Johans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Tales Favoretto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnulfo Cilio. That made the score 2-3 in the 79 minute of play. Leon Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Cilio having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Natalio Orixe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnulfo Cilio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. If Eleuterio Vermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tales Favoretto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Cilio having to interfere. After having played for 98 minutes, Clodoveo Johans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bacardi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Johans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. El Santo Arg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
