Cauan Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Joey, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Tales Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cauan Oliveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Oskarbi went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cecilio Joey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cecilio Joey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Oliveira having to interfere. In the 30th minute Cecilio Joey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in El Santo Arg's zone, Cecilio Joey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauan Oliveira came out of the goal and Cecilio Joey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tales Favoretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herminio Chale having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Toribio during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rahué fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, El Santo Arg's Natalio Orixe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Herminio Chale. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tales Favoretto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Natalio Orixe during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes El Santo Arg got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Orixe. 72 minutes into the match, Leon Diaz notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Rahué's Herminio Chale. Herminio Chale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Rahué defense, Agustin Garin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herminio Chale. The Rahué fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herminio Chale should have stopped the shot. Leon Diaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herminio Chale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Diaz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 82 played minutes Rahué got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Bide. If Tales Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Cauan Oliveira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee ended the match the El Santo Arg players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
