Zipevah F. E.'s Arturo Odilon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Honrio in the 8th minute of play. Omar Chan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Zipevah F. E. booed when Melba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Chucho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Nicasio Beltran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Jeraldo. Melba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Beltran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Nicasio Beltran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rogelio Jeraldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Odilon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Honrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Feliberto Ubelteso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saverio Luar in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Jeraldo saved Melba from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Beltran in the 26th minute of play forced Melba's goalkeeper Rogelio Jeraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicasio Beltran scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rogelio Jeraldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Kelemen during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Osvaldo Kelemen hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Melba's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Luar came free, but Rogelio Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Chan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Omar Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Zipevah F. E. got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Rexino. Arturo Odilon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Honrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Omar Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Arturo Odilon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Zipevah F. E. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Chuan to maneuver through the defense. Arturo Odilon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Chan in the 82nd minute of the match.
